Corporate Combat Leaders Course Mission
To provide students the opportunity within a proven training vehicle, while leading and conducting team exercises and operations, to discover for themselves, how to always apply the fundamental leadership principles and competencies.
The Basic Course
Four modules - Presented as 4 - 1 Day Programs.
To provide our clients the maximum scheduling flexibility.
Basic Core 101, 102, 103 and 104. Each module gets progressively harder and expands on lessons learned from the previous module.
Clients have the option of selecting the Basic Course as a 4 Consecutive Day Program or
as Single or Multiple Modules based on your own leadership team building requirements.
Courses are open to individuals or organizations wishing to send groups or existing teams.
Class sizes vary from 7 to 15 students.
At End State
The CCLC-B graduate is mentally tough, adaptive and agile, self-confident, and a motivator of people. They have demonstrated mastery of the fundamentals of leadership, team building, the decision making process, team leading procedures, and rapid decision-making.
